$400 refundable security deposit. Resident responsible for electric and trash pickup, both of which are provided and billed by the City of Moore Haven.
Pet Policy
This is not a pet friendly rental community, assistance animals needed to accommodate a handicap or disability are not considered to be a pet. Applicants/residents requiring assistance animals must provide written
documentation of medical need on a form provided by management and receive
advance management authorization to have the assistance animal in the leased
apartment.
Income Qualifications
Note:
Sugar Country Apartments has received financing through the HOME Investment Partnership Program. This program has published maximum household income limits which are applicable, and which cannot be exceeded in order to be eligible for initial occupancy or move-in. Similarly, applicants must demonstrate that they have the financial wherewithal or ability to pay their rent, utilities and meet other basic living expenses.
